TenBytes Retained Rights: We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering your project.
Third-Party Components: Some projects may include third-party components subject to their respective licenses. You will be informed of any such components and their licensing terms.
Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, payments are structured as follows:
- Initial deposit (usually 50%) required to commence work
- Milestone payments based on project progress
- Final payment due upon project completion and delivery
Late Payments: Payments not received within the specified timeframe may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Refunds: Refund policies will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, refunds are not provided for completed work or services already delivered.
6. Project Delivery and Timeline
Timeline Estimates: Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client requirements. Actual delivery times may vary based on project complexity, client feedback cycles, and scope changes.
Client Cooperation: Timely project delivery requires active client participation, including prompt feedback, content provision, and decision-making.
Scope Changes: Any changes to the original project scope may affect timeline and cost. Such changes must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Service Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We will correct any defects in our work at no additional cost for a period of 30 days after project completion.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenBytes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
- We will deliver all completed work product
- Each party will return any confidential information of the other party
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
